ive bought a number of things from temu. mag pouches, dump pouches, tactical belt, two chest rings, and a few balaclavas/gaiters and scrim and everythings held up just fine. i think most stuff from temu is absolutely servicable for 90% of people. with that said i would not trust any medical gear from temu. ever.

I'll have to check that stuff out

Please do not promote life saving equipment from vendors that have no quality control or certifications. There is a reason why shit from Temu is cheap. They are made cheap from cheap material with no quality control. No one should buy these.

I get what you're saying and that's why I mention that fact several times throughout. I also said I would hate to find out it sucks and doesn't work when I need it the most. The only opposition I have to that is I have seen a torn T-shirt used as one and at that point, this is just as good if not maybe a bit better.

You have either a fake or an old generation of legit CAT tourniquet. Thats why the windlass is flexible. Get a gen 7. They beefed it up a lot

It's just an old gen, I have a few like that and few gen 7 (gray time). I saw another video of cheap tourniquets and even the temu one was not nearly as flexible as what I saw. Me bending it in the video was applying a bit of force to it so I guess that one, and probably only that one, had a more sturdy build. I should have said it in the video but all my personal supplies and work are from North American Rescue

I've seen video from a police department of a knock-off completely failing while attempting to tighten the windlass. I don't have a lot of experience with applying real CATs but I'd like to hope the windlass wouldn't snap like some of the knock-offs.
