Great job on this video! Love the mix of; some street mural scenes then, showing/ explaining the food and language then, some beautiful footage of the dance practice and ending with breathtaking nature! Oh! That food looks SO good. Love the idea of "surf and turf" with Gang Som (with fish,) a crab dish, a shrimp dish and duck meat duck eggs! I dig when you ask around about other's opinion about the dishes, all about the sharing and love. Will look for Li's video on the (Joel?) channel.

If I have to guess, the restaurant Tae Heang Ew is probably แต้จิ๋ว (Teochew is a Chinese language and dialect spoken in the Chaoshan region of eastern Guangdong). Several dishes look just like what my grandmother made when I was little. (I grew up in Bangkok and Samut Prakan areas.)
