Kunming, China continues to be one of my favorite places to visit for food and fun, cycling, adventures, and authentic experiences of Chinese culture. This meal is completely unique - not just tasty, but fascinating - I hope you enjoy this video.

The look on Joel's face as he takes that first bite of "stinky Tofu!" Is that grilled 'No-Mai' (bamboo sprout)? That looks really good. Oh! What's the special pepper in the fish soup? Is it a form of long pepper? Combining all three types of Tofu seems daring, I'd eat the stinky stuff last.
