Mind Blown! I never would have thought of a binder. That is such a great idea for small amounts or random bits and pieces. It can hold so many things, keep them organized, and within easy reach. So impressed. Going to give this some serious thought. Thanks for sharing, can't wait to see more ideas.

I'm so glad that this is helpful, Denell!! It's such a great way to put those odds and ends in a home, where they can be easily seen, and not lost. I am sure there are many other things this could be useful for! More ideas to come soon!

I did it Gina! I now have most of my jewelry-making stuff, in my binders. I have 7 binders full so far, and still adding. This is so wonderful. If I have to leave here quickly, all I have to do is grab my binders, and a few boxes. I had so many different kinds of beads, and loved them, but most of the time, I couldn't find them. What a mess that was. Thank you so much. And , all the beads are looking just fine. I still have to organize, them a bit. I am still looking for plastic hem clips, page width wide, for the tops of the bags. I am so happy. Thanks. As soon as I figure out how to get phone pictures onto you tube, I'll send some.

I am going to try this. I have so many charms, finding and small numbered beads that I want to use that clutter up my work station. This help me see them better without just throwing them in a bin. BTW I used your link so I hope you get a small percentage from amazon.

You are brilliant!! I am changing my beading room from a little space in the basement to upstairs in the unused formal living room that has beautiful light. Plus, I want to start doing custom work for individual clients, so having a room right off the front door is perfect. AND, no spiders upstairs...shudder.... This solution would be perfect for them to be able to look through and pick out individual elements they would like in their own custom pieces. Gina, you amaze!! Now give me a good solution for all of my strung mainly various stone beads.

Yay! I am so happy this video could be of help to you! More videos on storage ideas to come in the future. Sounds like you will have a great new space, and NO SPIDERS is the biggest bonus of them all, in my opinion! I don't "do" spiders! haha :)

WOW! Great idea!!! Lends itself to so many things, especially those odds and ends that never seem to find a home! Maybe a little small (each pocket, that is) for the bain of my existence, regular old findings (jump rings, head pins, ear wires, bead caps, in just the right size/color). They outgrew my sectioned box, so now I have them in baggies by color, in a shoebox. Still not working well, as now have to dig through the baggie to find the particular item I'm looking for. Eagerly awaiting your future organizational suggestions....because I surely need them!

If anyone has an idea so I can carry, display nicely please share. Lol. Thanks.

Yes small earrings will work best. What i make is more overstated and chunky so I tried this method and didn't work for me on that way. Will use for storage. I'm working on a binder with Ziploc bags and cardstock or chip board to display earring. Lol. Hope it works out. Tfs

I find that, when I use my teeth, the end curls a bit (making needle harder to thread), but when I squeeze the end with a chain nose or flat nose plier, it's easier to thread. Of course, magnification and good lighting are a must!

@ORCHIDandOPAL4 жыл бұрын
Hi Amanda, I don't get that specific with my pricing down to the exact cost of each item - I would never have enough time in the day. :) I am aware of estimated value of the items, whether they are gemstone/glass/precious metal/brass, etc., and I use that as a general guide as well as the estimated time I put into the creation. 💜💜💜 I will have to do a pricing video in the future.
