The concrete maze type structure outside the building is a filter but without the filter elements in it yet . The one inside I'm not sure but most probably part of that system or polishing the water which I'm sure is the correct term which basically removes heavy metals and improves the water quality 😊

The walls are part of the the basic infrastructure for a potable water treatment plant (to increase the capacity / travel time) - you may find?? - that it could be used as a 'spring' water plant for bottled water (they do this at Tesco Elmhurst spring in Staffordshire - WS13 8EL)- just as Del & Rodney did all those years ago in taking it from the tap 🤣🤣 - also see Dasani by Coca-Cola (at Sidcup) back in 2004

Just read about America banning Dji drones what's the odds Britain jumps on board as usual. I'm still salty at the Huawei thing as they really did make the best phones before that hit them I can see the same thing happening to DJI.
