forgot to mention that it has new trunk feature incorporated that even with top down you can access your luggage better with trunk sliding more back and top will lift a bit. Also second good thing with cabrio is that once top is in trunk you get more traction due to weight sitting on rear wheels. Also during high speed cornering you get more oversteer feel and car handles much better with top down. Weight ratio is then different....

The Cabriolet is heavier, costs more, less safe and destroys the body line of any coupe model. Its for the house wife that wants a convertible and the husband wants an M car.

NFG Garage who cares if it’s heavier and costs more? Most people don’t go for lap times and just get a car for the hell of it. Yes it makes no logical sense, but we do it out of passion. Rationally you would get the car with the best fuel economy and reliability (like a Prius or a leaf), but if you really like the car you ditch most of that logic and get a fun car.
