This a very SPECIAL edition of the Toyota 86. The 2020 Hakone Editon pays honor to the very famous stretch of road in Tokyo, Japan. Under the hood is a 2.0L flat-4 engine that is producing 205HP & mated to a slick shifting 6-speed gearbox. The Toyota 86 though has never been about high horsepower, but instead focuses on be light and nimble.The exterior features the signature Hakone Green, and bronze 17in wheels. 1990 240sx was my first car. Hand me down from my parents in 2004. Excellent car even when I had it at more than 180,000 miles on it when my parents gave it to me. Cant tell you how many miles it had at the end because the odometer stopped at 180, 000 miles

I'm no car enthusiasts, but rather a car lover. Yes Abdullah could have bought anything else, but it's not just about bang for buck, but there's preferences you can't get such as design, interior, drivability. The point is there's a reason why there are fans of Apple(iPhones) and Samsung, they offer different specs and looks. As for me my daily is a OnePlus5T, it's a lot cheaper and in my opinion better than iPhone and Samsung.

I really love the colour of this 86 Hakone Edition. Hakone is one of the best well-known twisty turning roads in Japan. Just like what Joe said, the roads are tight and twisty. Local people go there to do drifts and touge. Very beautiful name too. Overall design is very beautiful. I agree with Joe about the badge should be bronzed out. Looks better fitting with the Hakone green colour 👌🏻

Nice review, Joe. I came close to buying a new BRZ about 4 years ago. The local Subie dealer just got one in, and I went today to check it out, as it’s been a few years since I’ve seen one up close. This one is silver is gorgeous, but not as pretty as this 86 in green. I don’t love the tan leather mixed with the black interior, but maybe it looks better in person. Wouldn’t keep me from buying one anyway!

Loveeee this color! I've owned a metallic forest green Grand Cherokee for a bit now, only seen one other one of the exact same color in all the years I've owned it. Looking to buy a 2nd car but can't find this edition anywhere near me. They're not the most powerful but so fun to drive and interior style honors every street racer's past favorites (not the seat color but the gauge/dash/media configuration) and instead of a Clarion stereo face, you get a modern media display. So sexy.

I wanted to do the same thing to my 4door Acura Integra GSR, I had the same look going on with that car years ago, Isle Green Teg on bronze rims, very earthy looking people liked it. P.S.: Actually, the two tone interior leather ... is not so stylish. The only "two" ... that I like in a leather interior ... is a two leather types: a classic leather + an alcanthara ... but with the same colour ... or very close.

The original exterior design was weighed towards the aesthetics of the car, and carefully balanced for homages to the vintage Toyota sports cars. The 2017 revision was a further research into high speed handing aerodynamics and efficiency, making it a bit more stable but sort of breaking up the visual simplicity. It's a great thing, as it gets older, the owners can update it with his or her preferences :D

Sounds great, like the chirp you get when you Chang’s to 2nd gear!! Drove one of those a few years ago. Rode like a truck but handling was great. Had to drive it like I was mad at it to get any real (sort of) speed out of it! Didn’t like the bumpy ride and the slow as a turtle turned me away. Too bad I have had many Toyota’s in the past!! But today I’m not spending the money to buy a Supra!! I had 2 in the past before they started making the Turbo models!!!
