The Dodge Challenger is being killed off by Dodge. The great news is you can still buy this SRT Super Stock. On the outside you will notice the 18in wheels from the Demon, Mitto Drag Radials, flat black hood, roof and trunk. On the inside there is leather interior, Alcantara steering wheel and rear seat delete. Under the hood is a 6.2L supercharged Hemi V8 knocking out 807HP & mated to an 8-speed automatic transmission. Love the video!! I still feel the best dodge you can buy is the TRX.. I know it’s Ram , but you get my point! The fact that it’s the only vehicle in the entire current lineup with heads up , big paddle shifters and a truck going 3.2 0-60 and the custom interior ..I mean it’s literally every bang for the buck! I am not really a car guy. I stumbled upon this video, and I just want to applaud you, for being able to speak so much in such a smooth flow within one long take. I understand when people have to cut up their footage maintain flow, but when someone is skilled enough to not need to do it, the video feels so natural it's hard to even notice. It's an underappreciated skill.

If you change the tires they will unlock the 220 speed limit , it’s the nitto that restrict the speed , they could get sued because the tires are rated for a certain speed . I already looked into it with different tires you get all the power but none will hook like the nittos

That color...Im picking up one that I found (might be the last SS on a lot) on Wednesday. The only negative is that its just white with the black hood. It also has a sunroof, which I would not have ordered. I would have also gotten the rear seat delete. Fine, its still a SS, and if I do go to a track, I can remove bits, but with prices going up, I dont think I can take it out more than just a few cruise nights. I never realized how few they made as well. But the color....ah, well, I guess there's always wrapping...Octane Red sure looks nice. Wonder if the wrap covers door jambs.

Fantastic muscle car. Drove one a few years ago. It looks like what a muscle car should look like and no back seats!! Only zonk is the infotainment screen. For 97k, it could definitely be better. Wonderful car though.

Out of my price range... but I did just order a '22 Scat Pack Shaker with 6 speed... in Triple Nickel. Trading in a '22 Scat Pack Shaker widebody in Pitch Black with the 8 speed automatic. Not a fan of black or the widebody. Thanks for the reviews Joe!

@@RaitisRides Thanks Joe! I'm super excited! I had a '15 R/T prior to getting the widebody in March and going back to a narrow Challenger is what I want to do. I didn't notice a gamebreaking improvement in handling with the widebody and the new car will have the dynamics package for the 275's instead of the stock 245's. Not quite the 305's that are on the widebody but they'll do. Looking forward to the 6 speed as well. Nothing wrong with the automatic but I'm making my 3rd Challenger my forever Challenger and ordered it exactly how I wanted it! Thanks again for the reviews!

I saw on another channel a guy who ended up selling his jailbreak due to it being such a letdown. I believe he said he was getting outrun by the other models and it just wasn't worth the price. Basically it was a lazy way for dodge to grab some extra cash.

Joe, if you’re ever in LA, come drive my Little Suzi! I bought her because I was considering replacing my 2013 sxt. I searched “hemi challenger manual” because I was curious how it looked and felt to drive a hemi challenger with a manual transmission and found your video with the GoMango orange with the 6-speed. I was sold immediately. I sent my fiancé a link to your video fawning over it. He’s a finance guy and he wanted me to keep my black Betty (the 2013). Check it out, this is how I eventually sold him on it: “you know, in 3-4 years, you won’t be able to buy cars like this anymore. They’re the only true American muscle cars being made right now. And if I build one I can get it with a manual transmission and it will be a dinosaur the moment I drive it off the lot.” He paused… 8 mos later, I had my little Suzi! I couldn’t get a bigger engine because I drive all around Los Angeles all day to clients homes for personal training. But here are her stats. I think I make up for “just” having an R/T hemi by making her more fun and way sexier than any challenger I’ve EVER seen. GoMango orange, R/T, sunroof, SHAKER PACKAGE 🤤, matte black accents, classic 70’s “Challenger” script replacing block letters, performance wheel package which includes 20” wheels and low profile tires, red brembo brake calipers, 6-speed manual transmission, Napa/Alacantra luxury leather and suede interior, and the Harmon Kardon premium 19 speaker speaker with two subwoofers. I have never loved a possession more than this car. I wash her weekly, wax monthly. And she turns heads CONSTANTLY. Big boobs blonde in the front seat probably has something to do with that too lmao.
