Its worth a pretty penny. The big penny fits in that sense. The prop rod fits for track purposes. Don't want to be out there trying to get under the hood with a blown hood strut. More reliable at the end of the day. 💙✌️

Absolutely it needs brakes. I have a Whippled 10R80 2020 GT with the BMR catalogue out back plus H&R coilovers but it was only when I upgraded the brakes to a big Willwood front and rear config did the car feel awesome around canyons. They stop on a dime and the car hardly falls over its nose anymore under heavy braking. Best bang for $ you can get and that's coming from a friend of mine following me in a GT3 RS. People, please upgrade to a big brake kit front and back when you boost these!

Hey Joe, great review as always, nice car , but good heavens the penny on the hood is sooooo cheezy, hopefully they offer a delete for it.. awful miss on that .. also, can do away with the Shelby profiles and signatures everywhere, wtf.. even on the seats! Omg! the car is literally called "Shelby" .. lol... ... I'd like it kept subtle, simple, perhaps just Shelby Centennial door sill plates.. and the small plate on the right side of the dash that celebrates it.. that's just me.. love the stick shift tho, interior really nice, got that right except for the profile on the seat of course!!

I guess you can upgrade pads and rotors. If you want and add a aluminum dead pedal. I need the roof to go up and down and a automatic. I can live with the prop rod. Get rid of 5 Pennys. Just a Shelby horn button would be nice. Keep the one on the back. Great review. Thanks you two !!!

Great mustang the six generation mustang still looks good despite a seven generation mustang is out. The only thing I don’t like about it it’s not automatic. I can’t drive a manual shift Joe. There is no such thing as a Shelby “pretender” ‘67 GT 500 was the first big block pony car. Centennial Edition is a beautiful car that provides a superlative driving experience. Too bad they are so valuable that none of the owners will drive them much.

The wheels are lame. They look like they belong on a v6. They shouldn't have put that medallion where they did on the hood. It should be right above the headlight on the corner of the hood, offset from the stripes. That would have looked great. At least the brake jobs will be cheaper when you burn through them tossing that puppy around. Great car minus the wheels and the placement of the graphic on the hood. And yes there should be more SHELBY swag implemented in the interior too.
