Quick title explanation for those who skip the intro: I was gone on holiday and work for 1.5 week and this was the first ever lap after not driving the track or anything fast for that period. It was a bit rusty. Second lap would have been better, but the brakes were done after the first one. No worries, there is another "fresh" GT350R video coming.

@SkyGuy5593 Жыл бұрын
Pads were swapped for less dust for day to day travel. The oem pads are great for track use but the amount of dust they emit is shocking, even from gentle drives. Oh my. My second favorite dream car and my favorite dream road track. And yes original brake pads make use but they work. And the tire issue is not as accurate as you explained. The magnetic adjusting suspension would most likely have stiffened up a bit as you would not have the initial Yaw happening, and the shocks would go hard earlier. It is as if, maybe, the car had no idea of the actual grip level and put you into a greasy track situation. Even though the initial traction loss had caused this. Get one setup stock and a track guy. I believe the car will be much different.

Nice to see you enjoying the Mustangs Misha. I’ve driven a few but not a GT350 or the Shelby GT350R as done here. If you enjoy these you should check out the upcoming release of the Mustang GTD which is being released in limited numbers end 24 earlier 25 with Ford talking it up as the fastest road legal Mustang yet. Developed in tandem with the GT3 which will be raced at Le Mans this year, the GTD will have active aerodynamics, big tyres and semi-active race tuned suspension, as well as a dual-clutch gearbox and carbon-ceramic brakes. Then there’s the engine, a massive 5.2-litre V8 petrol unit with a supercharger and will rev to 7,500rpm and is expected to produce around 800bhp, all rapped around by carbon fibre panels. Although the GTD is road-legal, Ford still claims it's a track car at heart, designed to lap tracks faster than the race cars it's based on. Worth looking into Misha, quite incredible, and I pray one makes it’s way to the Nurburgring with you behind the wheel one day 👍

The only Mustang I've ever enjoyed driving I need tontry the new GT500. Also fellow USA Military member I'd vet by his neutral American accent. Germany and Hawai'i are the 2 best duty stations in the US Military, Japan #2

Been watching you for years Misha, for now you must be the guy that drove the most different cars at the ring by now. :D

Dude didnt say one word why he was driving........ Its almost like they had an unspoken bond on the ride. You can even tell the passenger was just enjoying the shit even leaning into turns. Solid work Misha!

I sure love my GT-350. Maybe it's not the R, but it's more car than I am capable of driving on a track. Super fun and the best sound ever!

Why is there still no Assetto Corsa sound mod for this thing? One of the best sounding Flat-Plane V8's in existence.
