When this car came out in 2013 I was in love. It grew on me and became my second favorite car just behind the Lexus LFA. Great sounding engines have always been the best part about any car and of course this car back in 2013 was absolutely gorgeous as it still is

Yes. My tuned v6 for 40k dollars is bang up the best deal out there....and cheap to service so far (oil and tires, fluids). The Mercedes Benz is awesome, but all I know with them end up getting rid of them due to the cost to maintain them. Note, I did the coolant pipes for 1500 installed and that took out the main failure point. Using bg44k and good fuel prevents injector issues. The pre-facelift cars are way better looking...carplay is 300 to 500 to add (wireless too). Done. The retro circle is not my cup of tea....unless on a D type in green of course.

8 cylinders are so much fun. And with a supercharger you have both speed and torque. Also, Jag's heyday was before my time. I associate them with those big gaudy "Van Den Plas" Saloon cars of the 70s and 80s. This car, IMHO opinion is very cool.

This Jaguar does exactly what it's supposed to do...............POUNCE! I love the brand. I had the privilege and enjoyment of leasing an XF Prestige, Santorini Black on black. It turned heads everywhere I went and had the perfect weight to power ratio. I hope this brand survives in the US. Having said that, the polka dot on the door looks like leftover sun fade damage from a prior "car wrap" and I wish they'd put a 75 decal on the trunk lid instead.

That's a gorgeous car! I'm not digging the white circle on the doors though. I do like the taillights. The previous model had a circular protrusion at the bottom, which I never quite found attractive, but this one with a more squarish one actually looks great.

Joe, the pre-facelift f type did have carbon ceramic brakes on the svr as an option. I seen one in person boy pre facelift f type svr was a screamer. I bet Joe had the time of his self with this angry Jaguar.

They do, it's called the XE, released in 2015. There's a hard-core version called the XE SV Project 8, it's one of my favourite cars, the sound is unreal, supercharged V8.

Looks way better than the new AMG GT. Sounds better too. And is lighter and faster. They should make an F-Type GT with rwd and high downforce. I want two of them. Great car. People don't buy it now but when it's gone it will be missed.

Excellent job as usual. I am utterly speechless, if anyone pays 140k for the 75k (at best) car they need their head examined. I don't understand why these manufacturers / dealers think these cars are worth well over 100k...that's why they stay on the lot. This car would be great for my wife, 5'4 115lbs at a reasonable price. Apples 🍎 and oranges 🍊 but I looked at a BMW 7 series for her yesterday and that was 130k - fully loaded 190kOver priced but a much better buy than this for 140k. This is getting way out of hand it's time to send a message to these manufacturers. What is that stupid circle on the side of the car? I'm glad I'm at a point in my life where I can laugh and walk away.

The only car that rivals a mustang shelby gt350r for v8 sound for me is the aston martin gt8, the gt12 is awesomeness also but for v8s id love to have a Shelby GT350R and an Aston Martin GT8

Beautiful car - but the problem is, its key competitors the AMG GT and 911 play in a segment that seems inconsequential - but upon second thought is where Germans find blood - on the upper outskirts of rational cars, amped up with bigger budgets and performance-model specs. The Jag feels more like a vanity toy - questionable reliability, quality, safety - it doesn't feel like a serious piece of engineering. It almost should either be cheaper, or more expensive, than where it is - so it can better play into its qualities as an emotional purchase, and not competing in a segment that, turns out, takes itself very seriously in ways that the Jag could never hang.
