The AMG GLC 43 brings technology, engineering and performance from Mercedes Benz. On the outside you will discover a unique grill, front fascia, AMG wheels and quad-tip exhaust. Had mine a few weeks and done 3000 miles already. Mercedes-Benz should warn prospective customers this thingis highly addictive....best drivers car on the road, must better to frive than the Cayenne I nearly bought which to the same spec would have been £10K more (V6 Petrol) and still nowhere near the performance and handling pf this beast! Very latest production models from end of June 24 hav increased 4 wheel steering angle giving only a 12M turning circle!

It’s so bad go test drive one. The turbo lag is shameful. Drives like a glc300. BMW and Porsche absolutely stomp on this.

I like the older Mercedes products more than the current models. That is because I am old and wise enough to know quality and timeless styling when i see it. These are cool for the younger generations and are still very good quality vehicles. The exterior is still wonderful but the interior and powertrain are a back step compared to earlier models. Just my opinion. Great review Joseph.

I actually agree with you!! I was between this one and a 2021/22 and I just bought the 3.0 Biturbo V6 and is just …… amazing!!!! And the most important part is…… an actual V6!!!! This one is a good looking one but the I4 engine with an electric motor as a combo was a complete letdown from Mercedes!!

I was looking to upgrade and I was between this one or a 2021/22 certified lease return and………. 1 owner,white night edition,low miles and looks like new…… a 2021 GLC43 3.0 V6 Bi turbo……was the winner!!! The power unit on this one was the main reason why I didn’t picked this one!!! But don’t get me wrong….. is a beauty!!! And from Mercedes the GLC is my favorite suv!! And as always great video! 👍🏻

No, this actually competes with the X3 40i or whatever they're calling it now. The X3 M and GLC63 are competitors. Mercedes goofed here because a 4-cylinder just isn't it.

It has the horsepower, it has the handcrafted engine, it has the luxurious design this is an amazing vehicle and yes better then a BMW X3M I'm tired of people saying because of a 4 cylinder these cars are not AMG's as long as I open my hood and see someones name and can confirm they configured that engine for my car that's an real amg love the car and as always love the review. It is real carbon fiber, I believe it may be wet carbon fiber, and it’s a $975 dollar option in the United States. Also the reason behind the heads up display that was zonked is for the augmented reality navigation features that are equipped to this Pinnacle trim model shown in the video. And to correct a previous commenter, it competes with the BMW X3 M50. BMW renamed the “light” X3 M from M40i to M50. The “i” designation is now solely used on BMW electric vehicles, and not those powered only by combustion engines. Thanks for the video of this awesome car!

It does 155 mph, 0-62 mph in 4.8 seconds! anyone who wants something faster is a danger on the road in my opinion! I've SL's a Boxster, Audi TTS, this AMG GLC43 is much quicher and better to drivem and better than the new Cayyenne V6 or Hybrid that I tried. This is a very special car.

I assume you are referring to the issues with the coolant system. That was an issue early on and has been fixed. It did cause issues with long service visits until MB understood and implemented a fix for the issue. Definitely ruined the experience for many.

Pairing the turbo 4 with an electric motor makes good, immediate power and you get more MPG over a standalone 4 cyl. I’d rather have leather in that dash over the plastic. Is it roomier than the X3? But $78k is a bit high. I’d go for the X5 40i w/strong straight turbo 6 for $80k.

78k for a 4 banger amg? Nah taking a pass there. If its a V6 i can be interested. At least this has a exhasut burble which i wasnt expecting for a 4 banger. Bmw got to work on their exhaust note for their straight 6 engines. Sound like lawnmowers. This exhaust note i like surprisingly like. That caught me off guard

It's faster and has more torque than it had with the precious V6, The AMG GLC 63 is changing to a higher tuned version of this new 4, how many formula one cars have a V6? > when driving it because it has over 500Nm of torque you can't tell what the engine is but I can tell you it is very fast and corners like it's on rails. partly due to the recently improved firther rear wheel steering. Only 12m turning circle

It's so neutral you can't tell when driving it but it sticks to the road like it's on rails! The air vents are a mixture and the best i have ever seen / used in 60 years of motoring including some very good cars

Just went through this comparison in the last 30 days. We compared the 43 to the M440i rather than the X3M (The X3M was more expensive in most configs). We actually ended up with the X3MC because the performance was just WAY better, the seats were way more comfortable for the top trim. Also the Mercedes dealership local to us was just unwilling to find anything we wanted to buy. My wife hates any red anywhere and it seems Mercedes is obsessed with it.

Premium Plus and drivers assistant pack, much admired not like the boxy 10 a penny BMW' old boxy design with terrible instruments. large turning circle and no class!
