Is The 2024 Polestar 2 Dual Motor Performance Plus A Good Performance EV?

I am glad that Chinese manufacturers are able to get onto the US market. It would force other competitors to be less elaborate with their prices. New car prices have gone up tremendously. It might not be another Tesla, but it looks like a solid build.

why is the output nerfed to 335kW from 350kW?

In Europe, the performance pack model year 2024, has 350KW (15 more than yours).. strange

I had a 2022 and it had 350kW as well... VERY strange the US market only gets the 450hp version... I noticed Performance PLUS and thought it'd be more than the 476hp my Performance had... Also, when mine had to go to the workshop, I got a performance spec with only 300kW and told them no thank you and they eventually gave me the 350kW version.

Design over function - typical Polestar. Volvo and Audi will be much more comfortable and quieter but less 'sporty'.

Okay... a controversial comment. It's ugly. I know that style is subjective, but that's my opinion. Mostly from that side profile. I like the rear and front, for the most part. Even the interior is good. But that side... bleck. 247 miles is just not good enough in 2024. 447 yes, but for this price point and what's available/happening today, they HAVE to be able to get at least 350 miles out of that battery. Anything less is a miss.

No EV manufacturer offers a 447m vehicle right now, the average is around 300m. If they ever produce a 450m range EV, believe me it will not be at that price point.
