Is the 2024 Toyota Highlander Hybrid the BEST Hybrid SUV? The Highlander Hybrid effectively starts with the solid foundation of the regular Highlander and simply adds excellent fuel economy. It's adequately quick and nimble, and it loses no passenger or cargo space compared to the regular Highlander. Its third-row seat is small by midsize SUV standards, but that's one of few drawbacks.
New for 2024 is the Nightshade Edition styling package and a hands-free power lift gate now standard on XLE trim.

Okay Lauren, since you asked. My opinion only, but I think the HUD should be standard on every vehicle and I wish my daily driver had it. If drivers don't like the HUD, the vehicle could come with an option to turn it off. But, I think it's a great feature overall and a great safety feature. Ask any jet pilot if the appreciate the HUD on their plane. 😊
