Haha it’s all relative. I’d struggle to call any part of OC trashy compared to some areas just a dozen miles away.

Pelican Hill is a real mix, though. Lots of money for sure but then I was sitting out watching the valet and a 488 pulls up behind a rusted out early 2000s Suburban.

Very pricey. Let's hope the EVs pricing structure return to earth at some point. But, sadly, the lack of value factor continues to snowball especially in the luxury end of the market.
