Agreed 360 audio isnt as good as say spatial audio but since 360 audio works with any video or audio, yes there is no 360° feel it only pans from left to right if you turn your head but for people who want that more open feel like in a home theater from their music or videos 360 audio works pretty well

Lots of confusion surrounding the 360 feature of these buds. What I don't like is the 360 when engaged turns off the dolby atmos on my phone by default. I personally find the dolby atmos on my samsung phone sounds better, especially for movies. Just my opinion.

360 work well too on buds 2 pro you can turn off the head tracking then its better then Dolby atmos when netflix prime movies have Dolby atoms sound support. But it get too loud need turn volume down atlest 3 points too feel better sound

On buds you do not need dolby atmos enable in apple to exprience 360° audio. The lossless 24 bits tracks worked better then Those dolby atoms tracks coz that dolby atoms is not well made on all the tracks even it is creaked by some one else . But when track is master for dolby atoms by same studio/musican then 360° feel much better.

I got some free today (Samsung promo) can't TELL ANY difference with it on or off. Dolby atmos settings do make difference. But the 360 buds Pro ....no difference at all?

Here a samsung note 10 lite user, I bought the buds pro like 8 months ago and got the 3.1 update until like 5 months ago but it didn't had the 360 audio feature yet. Yesterday I had an update, and now there it is finally!, btw it's still one ui 3.1 but now I have the option.

You should, make sure "nearby device scanning" is enabled in settings and try turning on location and Bluetooth. You see an animation every time you open the case.
