I've had mine for 2 years and happy with it every time I turn it on. And it's very durable I don't necessarily take care of it very well and it works just as good as it did when I pull it out of the box❤

James- Active 2.0 rocks! You are spot on when you say it’s one of the best pressure washer on the market. Your customer service rocks too. Had one small issue, Active sent out a new part within 2 days. I had my garage wired with a 20A circuit with you in mind. I’d buy the 2.3, but a divorce might be threaded with more detailing equipment. Now just give me a rack that holds my 2.0, 100ft cable reel, and foam cannon! Please!
@ACTIVEPRODUCTS16 күн бұрын
Glad we could solve the issue! For the rack, we're coming up with a wall mount solution that can hold everything you mentioned. We're aiming to launch it in Spring 2025!

It's more relevant now than ever before with the availability of spare parts coming soon. Customer support has always been amazing from you all, keep up the great work. Something I would love to see in a pressure washer (nobody has done this) is high/low flow switching capability. I did a small calculation on my end using the 2.0 as a baseline: Flowing 2.7-3.0gpm at 500psi would net a similar impact force, however, be much better for rinsing and draw much less amperage than running 2gpm @ 1000psi. It just wouldn't be able to be used with foam cannons and small orifice nozzles.

It’s been 3 months of pure joy with my 2.0. Great product. As a suggestion, you might consider selling the product without the wand, cannon and hose. That would offer us an even better price point. The other thing to tweak on the 2.0 is a re work of the stop circuit to allow use of the non steel braided hose like an uberflex and allow running 2 units in parallel. You guys are so clever with pressure washers, should mine ever die, my next product will be an Active.

Mine is working just fine with the Adams 60’ hose. When I want to get all the way to the end of my driveway, I add the Active 25’ hose that came with the unit to give me 85’. I cannot see and drop in performance with the extra 25’. When I first received the unit I put a pressure gauge and ammeter on it. I also calculated the flow rate. My tests mirrored Active’s almost exactly.

Confused as you state it’s for detailers yet today your customer service stated the warranty wouldn’t cover professional use? That you have to buy the new $650 model 2.3?

Hi, are you planning to launch a Simoniz version of this Active 2.0 for the Canadian market?

For future versions of the active 2.0 it would be nice that it could be rebeildable like the 2.3
@ACTIVEPRODUCTS16 күн бұрын
There's some limitations on how much rebuildability it can have for being a closed unit, but we've applied much of what's possible! Parts are currently available through our call center, but they'll also be available on our future parts store.
@JC-to9ts18 күн бұрын
If you could only make it so it doesn’t scream at ramp up, it would be near perfect. For those with close neighbors or sensitive family members, there are quieter units albeit for much more money.

what is so special about it to perform in every household circuit? (15 amp) is this issue related to USA homes? there is nothing special about 15 amp.... I don't understand. Would like to buy one in Belgium
@ACTIVEPRODUCTS16 күн бұрын
Yes, it's directed to US homes. Professional electric pressure washers usually only work with a dedicated 20A outlet, but by setting our pressure washers to work under 15A, most US households can use them! You can currently pre-order the 2.0 in Belgium through cardetail.be. The units should be arriving this month!

I love mine (weekend warrior here) - bought it to replace a dead Greenworks unit, and its perfect for me. Mine provides a self-measured slightly greater than 2gpm, and now running just under 12a with a SGS-28 wand, and 5.0 nozzle on a 1/4" hose. Great for my purposes

Curious. I see in a lot of your videos, you really only talk about the 2.0. What’s the deal with the 2.3? You really don’t seem to push it. Why? What is the main differences between the 2 and if I wanted to buy a new machine, how do I decide which one to get? Can you do a video comparing the two?
@ACTIVEPRODUCTS16 күн бұрын
Hi there! Most of our recent videos touch on topics involving the two units, but we give importance to both the 2.3 and 2.0. It's a great video idea, we'll send it to our team! In the meantime, if you're looking to buy any of the two, this can help: If you'd like extra performance and durability, you can see the 2.3 as an upgrade since it has better specs, better built materials, more replaceable components, and it's serviceable. You can also mount the 2.3's cage on a wall for a more fixed setup, which can let you save on purchasing a shelf. There's also the option of removing it from its cage, making it the most space-saving pressure washer out there with this much power. As for the 2.0, it's used by many DIYs and detailing professionals because of its light weight and mobility, while still delivering great performance. It's the lightest pressure washer out there that will give you 2.0 GPM and 1100 PSI and it's only second to the cageless 2.3 in matters of saving space. Many of the 2.0's components are also replaceable. If you are looking for a more fixed, heavy-duty detailing setup and don't mind the noise, the 2.3 is your choice. If you value mobility but still want great performance, go for the 2.0.
@paulattanasio306116 күн бұрын
@ Thanks for the response and the great explanation! It’s looking like the 2.3 may be the one for me. It’s winter here in NY so it may wait till this summer so hopefully you will have a full 2.3 setup/kit. I would love to get the whole kit and caboodle! Thanks again for a great product and taking the time reading and answering our comments and acting on them. Keep up the great work!
@ACTIVEPRODUCTS15 күн бұрын
@@paulattanasio3061 You're most welcome, do send photos of how your setup looks if you end up choosing the 2.3! Also, we're planning on launching our wall mount in Spring, which should make it easier to make a quick setup with your pressure washer and accessory kit, stay tuned!
