Your hair was not wet enough. Let your hair run under the water longer before adding shampoo. Your hair must be sopping wet. The water did not penetrate. Im guessing you didnt let water run through your hair long enough. Or you have product build up and may need to clarify shampoo first and then follow up with the moisture shampoo. Or you have low porosity hair. Did you ever find out what caused your hair drynness?

Hi! I do have low porosity hair. I didn’t wet my hair at first because the first product is to be placed on dry hair. I normally water my hair for 10 to 15 minutes before shampoo.

my hair was soaked and the shampoo made my hair feel dry too! I thought it was just me but im glad. Conditioner was super strong with the fragrance and i gave it a 3/10. Softened the hair a bit but it was not good. I think i will keep the pre-poo. Still am yet to try the leave in but now im not so hopeful... A big let down to be honest.

@@AshleyDominiqueit says to use on dry hair but I use it on damp hair. Damp hair not wet. And then go in with the prepoo. That will help

Point of correction: it doesn't work for your hair doesn't mean it doesn't work for others. It works for me and I've been using it since 2021 (shampoo and pre shampoo)
