I have read from multiple sources, that Boston ferns help reduce toxins within the home. This includes formaldehyde! I just mail-ordered a little solid-wood table, which came with a warning sticker that it could be toxic to my health. It was so discouraging to try to work with the company to find out why that sticker was there. So - I'm going to get several large ferns (in case of other things that are probably off-gassing). Also - I'm going to wear a mask, and sand off the very thin varnish, and put a safe food-grade coating on instead. Because this little table is my new kitchen table, I will be constantly exposed to it. I know...I could return it. But it's the perfect size and design for my tiny home. Thank you SO much for this video! It was fun, interesting, and I want to learn more about essential oils.

I have been using diffuser for EO for a while but now that everyone is working from home & distance learning how do I ensure that ever level of my house is taking care of? I have a 3 level home and my kids close their doors during meets...

Hi! Well I have diffusers in each of my kids' rooms and run them at night while they're sleeping. They each run about 2-4 hours. Also, I will open their windows to make sure fresh air circulates now and then and make sure the air filters are changed and replaced.
