31:50 For anyone who will find that information useful - You can cheese the 2 pursuers fight a little bit - You have to parry one of them near the door, then immediately step out and back in the room. It makes one of the pursuers disappear, so you can fight them one by one

Also you can let one of them stab you to make it go away or backtrack with some summons to fight 2v2 or 3v2 (but you'd have to run all the way from the Dragonriders for the second one)

I suggest trying the Ivory straight sword you get by killing alva, although the durability is high, each attack drains 10-15 (2 per swing with a knuckle ring +2). The R2 two handed deals massive damage.

@@dumbage basic attacks deal little damage (also doesn't scale with anything) but the special attacks should do around 1k on +3

Love your videos man, you got me back to DS2 hardcore (I did like 4 runs in less then a week thanks to you). I'd like to suggest double curved swords, like the flexile sentinel curved sword and the alsanna curved sword. They are really fun to use, really fast, amazing scaling, and they shred even in the dlcs. I really suggest using them with the stone ring that you get in the "tutorial" area before the character creation, if you decide to try them out. Love your vids, keep them coming and be sure to take care of yourself we'll be here waiting.

Try out double dragonslayer cresent axe power stance the BERSERKER build. They are easy to obtain and they are dealing lightning damage

Another absolute banger. Glad you’re feeling better and that you recovered swiftly bro. Also, I’d recommend doing a Gyrm run some time using the Gyrm Greataxe and the Gyrm Greathammer. I find powerstancing the two together to be very funny but it does take 75 strength, only 12 Dex tho. You could always swap between the two as but even the axe alone deserves a vid in my opinion. It’s just a sexy weapon with high damage and a good moveset, you can also get two of them right at the start of the game. All you gotta do is spend 16k at Gavlan, let him wheel and deal (talk to him) and then he gives you one. Next you just have to commit *sins* and you get a second one (or farm.) ((I love Gavlan pls don’t kill him I’ll totally understand for convenience sake but at least cut away from it if you ever do for a vid lmao))

Hey Yaz, a cheese tactic for the double Pursuers for the RoB +2 is to -Make a pursuer do a long attack, like the Grab. -While the grab animation is playing, Quickly leave and go back into the room -if you do it right, one of the pursuers will go away, while the one that was doing the grab stays.

Hey @Yazzmania thank you for still having ds2 content after all these years. It has got to be my favorite game of all time. If you haven't tried it out already you might have fun with a giant warrior club build. It's my favorite weapon and, personally, i think it's the sillyest weapon in the game. It's a great hammer that looks like a boulder on a stick with unique r2s. If you go magic infusion and hit a str int build, it will out damage every other weapon in the game. Have fun 😊. About a week ago I found your channel. Really enjoy the content. I’ve played all the souls games except for demon souls. Got me back into ds2 so I downloaded it again and im using your Guts/Greatsword strat. Gotta say I’ve never killed the last giant in four hits before. I’ve been ripping through bosses. A long time ago I made a mundane crossbow build post nerf, it was actually pretty good, although I had to get to at least 30 in all stats for it to become playable damage wise. Utility was actually really good though I could equip lots of different spells and gear. Nowhere near as brutal as the vanilla pre patch mundane avelyn but it still slaps at the right SM.

Being a left handed person, part of why I love DS2 is it feels the best to play a left handed character as, actually feels relatively viable and not goofy. Especially fun doin the artorias cosplay with his sword to do some mad stylin on the mobs. One of my favorite playthroughs was playin as a Bloodborne hunter, Sword in the left hand and avelyn in the right

For a melee build Fume Knight is a lot tougher for me, generally I never struggle with the Ivory King himself due to how simple and relatively weak his attacks are, while the Fume Knight can do decent damage with his straight sword and ultra while his second phase attacks can two hit you in NG which is mental. Also shields are useable against the Ivory King while the Fume Knight busts right through shields besides like Havels shield +5 with great magic shield and Raimes Ring.
