I think you summed up this well. You need to l consider the following, in this order: Does your deck run light monsters? If not, is it worth running the Performages/Snow as additional bricks to make this card live? Does your deck benefit from an extra normal summon? How much does the 1-2 bodies it provides help you? Is it worth playing Predaplants to Search your Brilliant Fusions? Is it worth running Lonefire to search your predaplants? I run Brilliant Fusion at the moment in both ABCs and Madolches. These decks play it for different reasons, with Madolches looking for the 2nd summon and ABCs looking for the foolish burial. I ended up getting a playset of the Ultimates 🤗 I agree though, don’t run the Plants unless you really need to turbo it, most decks have other cards to run. I used to run them in Madolches but not anymore, since the Puddingcesseour served their function. In a way, Brilliant Fusion is often your extra 3 copies of your main playmaker. The combos it makes will be different, but in Madolche it’s almost a second Puddingcesseour, as it gets you free bodies to the field. I know Puddingcesseour came out after, but generally it’s preferable to the Brilliant Fusion itself. In ABCs, it’s also your extra 3 Union Hangers, again for the combos it enables, and it allows you to go even further in tandem with Union Hanger.

Brilliant Fusion itself is used for Lapis Lazuli in Gem Knights (normally), to Foolish then fuse for Master Diamond then repeat her effect. It's a decent plus combo, especially with what you send. As an engine, this card (imo) is worth running only if the deck really needs the extra summon, naturally use light attributes or can use the milled light Minster (trick clown) properly.

@@spyro2002 this will be long, so bare with me; - Activate brilliant fusion to send trick clown to GY. special summon trick clown and use additional normal summon for Psi-reflector and search the assault mode activate searcher, then discard him to add it, than revive back the searcher and make him 7 - Now, link off gem-knight fusion with tuner for crystron needlefiber and use effect to summon O-lion from deck. Link off needlefiber with O-Lion to make summon sorceress and summon token to zone she points to (FYI, it's very important you keep the middle zone and far left/right zone open for this to work). Use sorceress effect to summon jet synchron. - synchro trick clown with jet synchron for the new world chalice synchro and add succession. Synchro off chalice synchro with level 3 phantom beast token for Borreload Savage Dragon. Chain link 1 Borreload to quip skull dread to it for 4 counters, and chain link 2 Chalice synchro to summon World Legacy - World Chalice from deck. - Use Succession to bring back level 1 tuner (of your choice) and synchro it with level 7 monster for Stardust Dragon. End Board Result: summon sorceress, Borreload Savage dragon with 4 counters, Stardust Assault Mode, and World Legacy World Chalice as it can tribute it send a monster that was just special summoned from extra deck. If you have Oviraptor to get with this, you can add UCT or Overtex with it depending on the matchup for 4 negates. Heck, if you somehow get extra extenders like Destrudo or whatever, you can also add F.A. Dawn Dragster for 5 negates which is CRAZY!!! The one drawback is that it bricks hard as it's a common flaw for playing dinos with brilliant fusion, but when it goes off, it makes broken boards. Keep in mind, this is under TCG banlist, and mainly only possible on ygopro. Might as well have fun with it till summon sorceress gets banned.

If we get needlefiber legal with summon sorceress by the time we get the new assault mode support, this combo will be possible, but I doubt it as you mentioned. I still wanted to point it out as it's a possibility. If never happens, I'll think of a way to make it work fine.

The best blue eyes tech is this one lol noobs keep playing the deck centered on spaming lvl 8 and maining unnecessary bricks like 3 vanillla 3 alternative instead of cutting those bricks to 1 or 2, like how u do with brilliant fusion maximize on the searcher/dumper instead of the garnet, use linkuriboh pointing on a nightmare, drawing cards and discarding bricks thats how u play be tcg period.
