Yessss! My claim was granted at the BVA. It took 9 years to get 40% granted and I received a little over $40,000 retro pay. I won under that 50/50 rule "benefit of doubt" is what document said.

Rated 100% P&T now, my original rating was 50% with my local VSO. The next claim was denied, hired a competent Veterans atty. Climbed the ladder to 100%. A competent lawyer can be a game-changer. 70% of something is far better than 100% of nothing!

I'm currently 50% with one item and 10% with another for a total of 60%. For me, BVA DID INDEED remand hypertension and TDIU and it's at RO now being redone.

I have 70%, will turn 75 in 7 months, and have 8 denied claims including Hypothyroidism on Synthroid as a Vietnam vet (VA script). I am in process for PTSD claim but the VA might be processing the claim as depression. What would be the process and the time to hire you at Hill and Ponton? And approximate costs to me? I may be waiting until I am 75 to make the call to you.

If you went for Option 3, with the 90 days for new evidence, on average, how long does it take to get a decision?

I've recently sent you my denial letter, I still have a VA dr. letter and new information that supports my claims. I held it back just in case I needed to resubmit. Should I resubmit or go to ask for next level review? I too believe that I should fall under the 50/50 rule. I might have 4 to 6 years left to live based on the cancer diagnosis.

My husband died in 1992 we went to Washington state for a V,A. hearing pension and he won his case with a 100 % disability now they are saying I have to pay it back because I didn't turn my Social Security into them which I didn't know that I had to tell them before I signed up for either of them I ask does it hurt me getting both they said V,A doesn't have anything to do with Social Security and Social Security said the same thing what should I do to keep them from taking what pays my house payment. I have 3 aneurysms on my brain and I,m 71 with no help ? I have all of my husband's Papers of him going to V,A. everything even he keeps a record of what was said and done on every trip. please Help

I have a purple heart, and my lawyer (that works for Hill and Ponton) put in to have my case moved up and the BVA denied it.

Claim started and 2016 recently went to the BVA. Judge was very rude and would not let my representative speak. It has been remanded and notice took a couple weeks to get here w/30 days from the date they sent it to add more evidence. They did send me an opportunity to evaluate my judge. I did my best to protect others from her harm! I was under the old system, do not go before the judge!

When denied. Then send a supplemental claim with new evidence and get denied. Then can I send more new evidence with another supplemental?
@marcusbennette8454 Жыл бұрын
Yes. Keep sending new evidence with every supplemental claim.

No that's Republicans, they've already tried it in 2020-2022 and stating they want to try again. Be aware of legislation not rhetoric or the news.
