it is. I don't think we have to worry too much about an all-EV future. It's not sustainable, and wholly horrible for the environment which is funny considering how EVs were purported to be FOR the betterment of "muh climate change". Just give it some time first.

You were not kidding with the exhaust sound it is musical harmony, my only drawback for such a high performance and luxurius vehicle thay still have that dull black to dark gray interior, you would figure that GM would be more creative with variant exterior colors vs a single monotone dark color.

I've said this many times before. There are no other luxury SUVs that combine all the features and have all of the abilities that the Escalade has. The closest is the Navigator. You get a 2wd/4wd transfer case with low range, the ability to tow 4 tons (more with proper hitch), and the ESV gives you the room to fit an 8x4 sheet of plywood in the back. The V trim only adds to this, it never takes anything away unlike some other performance oriented SUVs. Some may be faster, but none of them combine all the factors, from luxury to practicality in one package.

Minus the engine, it's GM platform mates do all the same things. The only advantage the Escalade V has over other performance SUVs is size. There are clearly more luxurious and better performing large SUVs out there. If you don't need the size, there are better choices.

It's a completely unnecessary SUV, but i REALLY want one. So bad. In a world of "sAvE MuH EnViRoNmEnT" that brings about soulless and horrid EV's, it's nice to see that there are still ICE vehicles like this. I only hope that the "EV future" fails spectacularly so we can go back to normalcy, and only stick to hybrids and ICE vehicles.
