When child support is involved they are all up in the man's business with CSA checking your financials. But there is no legal obligation for child support paid to be 💯% spent on the child by the mother. Men should get a DNA test first as CSA will only go after the father of the DNA related child. CSA will reimburse a man, if it is found out that the man is not biological father.

With all due respect, I've never heard of any man getting reimbursed for his false financial obligations. Besides, where would these women get the money?

@emotee3523 If you do provide conclusive evidence that you are not the father, CMS will normally refund the child maintenance payments made from the date you told CMS you were not the parent. This is stated on " THE GOVERNMENT " website regarding disputing parentage.
