I honestly think there's a lot to be said for the Plasma Cannon and other blast weapons to get support from the Lord of Virulence's to-hit bonus. A nice way to shore up your chances to spread the contagion.

The Helbrute hasn’t done much of anything for me in my last two games. Maybe it was weapon loadout. Maybe it just wasn’t good against my opponents army. Idk. It’s such a cool model though and I like playing rule of cool. But Helbrutes not carrying their weight is definitely not cool lol.

I know right, I wish they had more wounds or an invul or something to make them a bit better! I've been running Brigands lately and using the Helbrute to tag anything that has 12 toughness to bring them down so they can wound them on 3s. Otherwise setting up Boilblights for my other guys :)

@ nice, what part of NZ? Do you have any other animes other than Death Guard? I’ve just started my Death Guard army over the Xmas break.

@@Ally.Cat.252 Auckland! Only Death Guard at this stage but I have a few Chaos Knights and Nurgle deamons too (allied units). That's awesome! Hope you have fun with them :)
