The Vital Lab shutdown still breaks my heart…I miss missions, thats how I always got my exercise when I started trying to lose weight (on top of other things, ofc) but it really really fun and I miss trying to get as many trophies as I could even if there wasn’t a reward for it

Picked up two vital hero’s for myself and a friend. Yes pretty minimal in a smart watch and what not but it is cool to see digimon on a coloured screen and rechargeable. I ordered the medarot dim over eBay and for the lack of English and affordable medabot stuff I think that’s cool to. Last statement I lost it at work for a couple days in a muddy cold place and it survived

It’s unfortunate that the Vital Hero in America was already dead on arrival now it’s already dead on arrival in other territories. When the App was changed to the newer version, I felt like there wasn’t much to do in it especially with there being barely any events. Personally, I wouldn’t mind them continuing this product line with a brand new Bracelet that can connect with old DIMs & do something different with the App to make it more interactive with other people.

A step back? Is it though? The vital hero comes with a VS memory so you can still play with your friends without an app, while the BE is completely single player unless someone mods it.

I like my vital hero bracelet because in the us it was 14$ or something like that online at Walmart. Also I like that you can battle with other players and the BE you can’t do that unless you have the app. Also I have a good friend who I’m trying desperately to get into digimon to no avail however he is now raising a tamagotchi and he wears his vital bracelet daily as a second watch and it’s helped him participate in digimon without having to do a whole lot. I do want a BE bracelet desperately don’t let me fool you but I see a scenario where I just use them together or like cycle them back and forth. I am also walking a lot more intentionally because I want my digimon to battle. Anyway love your videos thank you 😊

Does that mean it may be possible to import a translucent red & gold DMX to America from Australia? I luckily got my purple one before they were recalled, but my order for my red one got canceled and I haven't been able to find it since unfortunately. If not I could settle for the Japanese release I guess, but just curious if it's realistic for the english one!

When VB came out. I was VERY excited. I wanted to love it. But as it came out, I quickly realized how low quality and obsolete it was before it even came out. The battery life was also not good. My favorite digimon is patamon and they made every dim under the sun but still no patamon. Its to kiddish to walk around as a watch. I much prefer digivices as it can go in a pocket. Im very excited for d2 color, because it has the nice visuals of a VB.

Interesting! In the UK, the Vital Hero suddenly appeared on Amazon UK as an import from Amazon US for about £20, which I thought was very weird. Perhaps you're right and it's due to a surplus of stock that didn't sell in the US. Still, £20 is a really good price for any VB, so can't really argue with that!

The one I bought was the black version with the pulse city and my roommate got the blue version with wolf howl and then we have the nu metal and hermit of the jungle dims I currently have a greymon the blue robot one and he is trying for a Drimogemon (his original one died the other day☠️)

The big thing for me is how the old vital hero dims can't increase stats with training like the BE memories can. So, if youre doing pvp against a friend with a BE digimon, you're gonna get steamrolled. If only the firmware update would have allowed for the vital hero dims to also increase their stats...so as of now, i'd only recommend a vital hero in 2024 to people who just want to try out the device before investing more money into it.

I really wish they didn't remove the old app. I habe pretty much just stopped using my vb after. I would get a vital hero for all my friends if the app was around. They're under $20 here.

heya, US reisdent here. i just discovered the vital hero a week ago and picked it up for 25$, been really enjoying it if only for being able to just look at my wrist and seeing a digimon with me. for the dirt cheap price, id say its worth it

This is EXACTLY why I have one and am still using it. Word to the wise there are two DIM two packs for like $5 on Amazon, I ordered volcanic beat and it's really cool. The other one has jungle stuff

Do you have to actively shake it or do exercise in order to keep them alive and also are these too big for the wrist? Currently owning a Samsung watch and it's cumbersome, it makes you sweaty and it's an obstacle when you need to do chores.

Advice: Get easy Perfect → Send to app → Farm items → Keep the old digimon on the app and raise a new one Idk why youtube kept on deleting my previous comments. If this version isn't allowed than I am done.

@@mechashadow Getting & maintaining high vital value is hard in vital hero. There are only two ways, wear it for a long time or do many battles. You may lose to digimon on the same level and get injured to death easily because the battle difficulty is RNG sometimes. You have to try the 'off and on' method many times if you want a strong digimon on your first run. What I suggest is take it easy instead of burn yourself out. Raise a weak digimon first. Get it into the app to farm vital value items. Going on an app mission take at least 12 hours. My choice is raise a new digimon on the watch instead of waiting. Use the items to pump up your new one to lower the lose rate.

I’ve wanted a vital bracelet since the launch and been following the product closely. However Bandai totally butchered the product by releasing 3 separate versions in a short window. I get it’s suppose to be a toy but the fact they release the second version in America when a third version was coming out and then messed up the app always made me hesitate to import one. Now that they finally have a patamon/angelmon one (my favorite digimon) I’ll prolly buy it just sucks it’s its at the tail end. I agree with you that the product line is prolly already finish I don’t see how much more new items they can release if they have a lot of surplus of stock.

Sorry you’re right they did cancel the dedicated angelmon dim card, that’s why I gave up on getting a vital bracelet. I mean they have patamon/angelmon on the armadillomon dim which is as close as it gets. Thanks for reminding me of another reason why I haven’t gotten vital bracelet 😭 lol jkjk

I Honestly just got the vital hero and think it's alright doesn't seem worth it to get the BE to me at least although the classic Digimon seems really cool also what I find interesting is when setting up the year it states 2031 at the latest
