I want to understand, so the tama smart cards you can only use them 3 times? Does everything get deleted and if you want to use the same card again later does it count as another time used? Or is it only regarding the different devices? I’m so confused help!

Something I like about Next Order (beware though, I only played DW3, DW4, DRA1 and DRA2 asides of Next Order so dunno if there's already a better alternative with features I mention here), though I think requires some polish is semi automated combat, I know it's weird but somehow makes you feel more like a tamer instead of just controlling the digimon around, personally I see no difference other than story contribution in most digimon games to having a tamer vs coding the same game but make the digimon do everything instead, you could make a digimon world game where it's only digimons and it wouldn't really play any different, caring for them instead is somewhat of a nice touch, although I do think it needs a lot more depth both in fights and overall, would love to see a Digimon Tamers (not strictly tied to tamers story) style game where you do have to take care of your digimon but the digimon has its own identity and can do its own thing, and perhaps learns from your in battle commands and tries to replicate on future battles, perhaps have a thing similar to ExE where instead of fusing together your digimons you instead have a Digimon Tamers Matrix evolution moment and link with your digimon THEN you can manually choose what to do, idk just some thoughts, also, make the life-death cycle either longer or optional, like let player know the digimon will reach higher stats if reborn but don't force it on us so it doesn't happen precisely what you said about dying when trying to clear story and having to train from 0 just to keep going on story, plus it kinda takes you out of the game when it's implied that it's important you do something now (even if tasks are not actually time limited) and go for a full life-death cycle while world freezes for you

I’d like to see TCG cameos of all the other tamers in Liberator. Tamer cards are a huge part of the TCG so it would be neat to see hologram versions of the other protagonists as a way to introduce who they are to new comers.

I'm looking forward to the comic. It's a solid start, I'm just a bit worried, that they keep the matches in this "cutted" state, just showing the dynamic moments and mention rules along the way when it fits the narrative, even if it means that core rules remain unknown for a newcomer for multiple chapters... Its okay to have this shortened match as a start, but they should stick to an uncut version for the majority of games played going forward. And a little nitpicking... Shoto summons his Digimon, plays and chats a little. Later when Shoemon appears "You can talk?" Could be a translation error, but I didn't expect a contradiction like that in the very first chapter...

So, with all this push with the digimon tcg in multiple media formats it would actually be a big miss if they didn't roll out some online digital version. The fact that the tutorial demo is right there and shows how it can work perfectly is such a taunt for what we're all craving.

It really is looking like the Vital Bracelet might be done, which is a shame. It was my jumping point into the Virtual Pet side of the franchise and was fond of it. Except for transferring Digimon back to the Bracelet from the app. Absolutely the worst. Aside from that though, looking forward to this current direction for the series and really wondering when they're going to drop an official online client for the TCG. They can't just keep ignoring it, it'd be their most successful move.

It has been good so far. I have played the tcg almost since its launch and the tcg used to be much easier to play. With every new set they add new mechanics and keywords. Think it would be hard to someone new to jump into the tcg and keep up with it

I wouldn't mind a Digimon TCGO as a F2P game on Steam or a free download like that of Pokemon TCGO Live for all platforms. I doubt that the VB is fully dead. I think it is on the back burner for the time being.

first impressions of Digimon Liberator are very good for me, I love the artstyle and I find the characters very endearing, and I'm looking forward to reading more about this adventure. also the 'Digivice' being a card holder box is such a lovely idea.

It's sad how one piece never reached the peaks it had pre timeskip, wano made me drop the series altogether

Liberator seems fun at the moment but I hope the next part can do a better job on explaining how to play.

Concerning pirating Digimon anime... 02 The Beginning Movie came to my country (Greece) with both Japanese dub English subs and another version with a Greek dub... In my city however they chose to view only the Greek Dub version which I hated so I had to travel to Athens with plane (I live in Crete) if I wanted to watch the movie with the og Japanese audio (which of course I didnt have the time to do)... So only choice for me to watch this movie with the japanese audio is pirate it when it comes out... It is not my fault they effed up :D

Since I'm wearing out the buttons on my second BE I'm really considering looking into a higher quality button component of the right dimensions. I'm not _super_ comfortable with de-soldering the old buttons and soldering in new ones, but I'm pretty sure I can manage it if I get buttons that won't wear out as easily to use. Mostly because there's not going to be replacement VBs/BEs available forever.

I will always remember Digimon to be one of the common interests with my first Best Friend. It's also cool because Digimon always has themes of friendship and working together.

I’ve wanted a vital bracelet since the launch and been following the product closely. However Bandai totally butchered the product by releasing 3 separate versions in a short window. I get it’s suppose to be a toy but the fact they release the second version in America when a third version was coming out and then messed up the app always made me hesitate to import one. Now that they finally have a patamon/angelmon one (my favorite digimon) I’ll prolly buy it just sucks it’s its at the tail end. I agree with you that the product line is prolly already finish I don’t see how much more new items they can release if they have a lot of surplus of stock.
