It's 100% true about the LEKGOTLAS. I have just been through two of them. 1. There is 8 kings in the one township. 2. There is about 30 people attending every time. 3. We have buy cooldrink and bread/biscuits for all the attending. (Probably why there is so much of them every time). 4. I am no expert in South African politics. I am not of the opinion things will get better for me as the honest citizen and employee buckling under all the government formed problems. However maybe just maybe the non-ANC ministers’ eyes can bring a very small positivity to the lazy state employees. Maybe with the non-ANC ministers there might be a little bit less corrupt tenders in those departments. But I am not holding my breath.
