One thing I don't like is how they lazily put Claude GTA 3 model in GTA SA instead of improving his original model. The original model makes more sense because GTA SA supposed to take place 9 years before GTA 3.

it would make sense why tommy and claude wasnt originally allowed to walk with a minigun or flame thrower, with a minigun its like holding a motorcycle in your hands and then theres the recoil of it when shoots the only thing i disagree with was the minigun not having manual aim since well it would be more easy to aim at stuff if your standing above them and not have the guns bullets just aim down. it makes the minigun pointless not being able to aim up or down which why i guess most console users would most likely pick the RPG or m60 as their heavy weapon. as for the flame thrower i can guess its because tommy has no suit on so if he moved he would be burned. using a flame thrower without a suit on is very dangerous to begin with so tommy has to stand still.

Take-Two Interactive is very aware of bad reputation in the gaming community. The CEO recently said that this is one of the major risks for their business and its source of revenue. A reasonable point of view (especially for a CEO), but Take-Two still has to prove they mean it. Layoffs and Studio sales definitely dont make them more popular in the community.

You probably didn't notice it, but in GTA 3 they fixed the bracade blocking the way to Staunton Island. The first time i played DE I crashed into it because it was invisable. And the biggest improvement for me was the performance is 100% better after updating. I can't stand framerate drops.

From 2001-2004, Rockstar released GTA III, Vice City, and San Andreas as brand new games. From 2021-2024, Rockstar released these same games as a broken disaster and slowly fixed them.

Used physical copies are rising in price. When I first wanted to buy it the price was £18. I waited a few weeks to see if it would drop more, instead it rose to £22 which is when I bought it and a week later it was surprisingly updated. It’s currently at £25 and i think it will rise more.

Maybe they use the 3 Model as Placeholder, and tweak it in a future update, since you see the 3 Model is not properly fitting the Scene. Most likely they will de-age him, by taking the Cartoony look, and remove the beard, and smoothing his facial features. Atleast that was the original plan with SA Claude, but yea this is horrendous.

Drinking animations, static store objects, and non-functional oil rigs were a real annoyance for me. If these small things are fixed, it’s a strong sign that the trilogy can deliver a solid gaming experience, because it likely means they’ve addressed most of the other issues as well. Although Claude's model in SA feels like a lazy choice, and the other peds could still use significant improvement...

In San Andreas, the traffic poles falling to the ground, the fire truck's water (it was better before update), the mirrors in the tattoo shop, the cars getting pushed by us running towards it, the safe door in the Breaking the Bank at Caligula's mission, need fixing...and in Vice City, the rainy weather effects and haze are the only things that require a fix...

I play Vice City a lot. During daytime the classic lighting gives a good atmosphere. But from 8 pm untill 8 am i prefere the classic lihgting off. The sky is much better with the pink glow

I know it’s already been mentioned plenty of times here, but they need to switch younger 1992 Claude back. It makes absolutely no sense for them to drag and drop 2001 Claude in this scene. You’re telling me Claude hasn’t aged in 9 years at all? 🤦‍♂️🤨

They just could've improved the young claude model instead of copy pasting the 3's one. He's supposed to be like 19 or 20 in San Andreas and he dosent look young at all anymore

@ Exactly! Like you said all they had to do was clean up the model a little bit and that’s it. But copy and pasting Claude at around 29 years old in 1992 is lazy as hell.

They need to unpatch the territory glitch that they patched in the definitive edition. You know how many memories I had as a child doing that glitch. Childhood ruin money not well spent come on Rockstar.

Do you mean the glitch that adds territories to the whole map or it's something else I don't know about. Personally I never did that. I just capture all the regular gang territories and call it done.

I like that they changed the comet to replicate the real Porsche 911 targa, also i think they could have kept Claudes different look in GTA SA considering its 1993 in that world that wouldve happened 8 years prior to the events of GTA 3 so Claude wouldve looked younger than he does in 2001

they still need to fix stuff that will change the look of the game, like the low poly buildings, hills and car models also better animations because the older ones look really outdated but i dont really mind it. And lastly character models but we'll get gta 6 before this, lmao
