Simple, Take2 and Rockstar wanted a lot of money for almost no work. So they took their most popular games, gave them to small, probably underpaid studio with 21 employees, 0 experience, told them to remaster them asap and then they released it for the full price.

In San Andreas, the traffic poles falling to the ground, the fire truck's water (it was better before update), the mirrors in the tattoo shop, the cars getting pushed by us running towards it, the safe door in the Breaking the Bank at Caligula's mission, need fixing...and in Vice City, the rainy weather effects and haze are the only things that require a fix...

I always hated the original orange lightings of San Andreas so I’m happy with the bright colors other than the bugs I’m happy they added on and off option to the lightings

While the ‘Classic Lighting’ option is awesome and definitely changes how all 3 games look and feel overall I do think there are visual problem that are inherent to these remasters one example being the trees especially in San Andreas as it’s been all but officially confirmed that they are assets lifted directly from GTA 5 which explains why they look so jarring, this trilogy and 5 have completely art styles and when something stylised is put next to something realistic it looks weird and totally out of place

Somehow nobody notices double shadow that wasn't fixed in any update. One unrealistic small shadow is placed right under character/pedestrian/vehicle wheels, and another big shadow is realistically placed by a certain angle, depending on sun location, and in case of vehicles it matches car body completely, not just wheels.

On 3:54, as far as I know, that's because of Inverse Kinematics, cause making every single animation hand by hand is going to take a long while and also increases file size, so they probably used some computation methods like Inverse Kinematics to have some base animations repeat themselves according to the game engine's physics. BUT, then you get to see these kind of things lol. Another great example of this is playing Medic in Team Fortress 2 where if you lose whilst healing someone with your Medigun, his hands are fucking broken.
