Same happening in most of Canada where houses are more expensive and the average wage is lower than much of the USA. Here in Canada we can only get a 5 year bank mortgage at most and more and more are coming due. Lots of action on houses being sold under power of sale. Interest rates have dropped but still unaffordable for most.

It’s been about to burst for a few years!

Right!!??

If homes are not dropping at least 70%...than it still the seller market. From 200k to 700k while everything getting rusty and broken in tje house.. Now you consider 10% off from the peak price is deal...!! 200k should be 150k max just bcs land, otherwise is not going to last another 30 years without solid maintenance in daily basic...plus your will screwed with high property tax... If web site like z. Low estimate home at xxxxxxxx , than let them.buy it.

It has to burst. The best possible outcome of a burst is more people can afford housing. The worst possible outcome is it's just an opportunity for investors to buy the dip. I believe it will just be a dip buying opportunity as housing is rigged against those who actually need it the most.

@@L9MN4sTCUk I think you’re 100% correct. Investors will push all their chips in tipping the scales to a renter nation.

why dont we just cut to the chase and burst the bubble forever .... just a perpetual crisis that never ends I mean why prolong the inevitable at this point.
@darinhunter25 күн бұрын
@@rexcatston8412 we can’t do that. It would ruin the cycle of fear, consumption.

What does bursting the bubble forever even mean? Prices never go up despite inflation? No more inflation? So poor people can’t invest and become rich with decades? Or such a giant correction it’ll never be necessary again and everyone who owns, aka more than 50% of people, take a massive hit and never recover just so you people who’ve not worked as hard as us get a reward of a cheaper house? Wow how selfish. I hope your investments crash too just so I can benefit just like you wish for me

Sure it’s been bursting for many years now 😂 2008 won’t happen again kids. Be brave, accept it and move along.
@darinhunter24 күн бұрын
@@haroldrios4050 so many have missed out sitting on the sidelines waiting for a crash. Waiting for more affordable prices at the very least. A 2008 scenario would require a massive surge of home hitting the market, builders throwing up houses in record numbers and parabolic unemployment.
