Thanks for the candid feedback on the hydro. Other than grippiness and pricing, what other aspects of the hydro do you think I should improve?

@@squidmaster23 One big thing that I’d love to see somehow improved, is the blade steel or tip geometry, as I’ve seen multiple (5+ hydros get severely tipped. Like a 1/8th inch gone. One of mine included. I’m not sure how you would do that without switching to a different steel, unless you drastically changed the blade profile, but that is one of the biggest issues I’d love to see resolved. Previously, I wasn’t a fan of the length with it being ever so slightly shorter than standard length, but I’ve actually come to love the size. I am a huge fan of the adjustable spacer system it has, and some more colors of g10 might be something small that could appeal to a lot of people. And to satisfy anybody wanting a standard lengthed Bali, maybe some spacers that extend another 1/4 inch to both protect the ends of the handles, add weight there, and change the length. I know that’s what zippy spacers already do, but something about them being g10 or ultem would be a cool option. One last thing, is qc. I’ve seen several people complain about the bushings being slightly undersized to where you can’t reassemble it without bind. I’ve had this issue once before, and although it would run slightly looser, I’d love slightly larger bushings or at least a spare set so this happens less. All in all, the hydro is growing on me rapidly, I’m beyond hyped for the trainer, and I love how invested you are in improving your designs for all of us. Thanks Lucas. Also, anyone who may have seen this comment, feel free to chime in with feedback for the hydro.

@@TheBuffnessFlips I'll try to experiment with variations in the heat treatment to see if the tip issue can be fixed. If not, it might need a change of steel. I do plan to offer more colors of the spacers in the future, plus other materials like Carbon Fiber, 7075 AL, and 6AL-4V titanium. I'll discuss with my team to make sure the bushings are better tuned. I'm glad to hear that you enjoyed the Hydro trainer and am hoping to have that released at Blade Texas or Atlanta!

This video starts as an unboxing, but turns into a hydro video, which is why I titled it that. About 5 minutes in is when I redirect towards the hydro.
