The worst airport IMO is London Heathrow. 3 hours waiting time for immigration clearance for passengers coming in from Asian countries, understaffed, the goddamn officers at the counters take their own sweet time to pass everyone and guess what? I had a 9:20 am flight to Abu Dhabi and just check-in alone took me 3 hours despite being at the airport by 6 since I’ve been told that it’s an extremely unreliable airport. Security takes another 1 hour and they start the final boarding call for passengers when the goddamn security officer isn’t even letting us finish our clearance. I was lucky to board it 2 minutes before the gates closed. Never ever returning to London if I’m going to arrive at Heathrow. Even an airport in a village would be so much better than this one. By far, THE WORST AIRPORT

Don't worry, they're actually bulding a new airport to serve Manila and to decongest this airport. "Bulacan International Airport" but it's not finished yet.

Can't blame you. We need honest reviews like you, to call attention to the concerned government branch and offices supervising the airport. The denials and pretensions need to stop.
