Hey, yep you can, the easiest way is by using a micro sd card, the camera has a card slot. Or you could transfer photos via the app to a phone also.

Can I output the pictures to my MAC or PC and not on the Polaroid film?

With an SD card its pretty easy, the camera has an SD card slot in the bottom. Otherwise the instax app can airdrop to a mac.
