Is the MMORPG RuneScape 3 Worth Playing In 2023?

With the recent release of Necromancy in RS3 I have been playing a fair bit. So much so I decided why not put together a video on the state of the game.
These are my thoughts on whether the MMORPG RuneScape 3 is Worth Playing In 2023?
