Love theJ2 it looks and sounds like a game changer cause you can't eat the daily amount they need . But the price is too high ,now I would have to save up to get a J2 ( like I say I,I read the link and it does a lot ). This product adds to your health in a big way. I'll try and get one in the future .

Hi there , im 57 years old and I have hypothyroidism, anxiety & recently they found swollen lymph nodes in my neck , under arms and breast so as you can imagine I’m very worried. How do you suggest I start my new nutrition journey? Juicing and if so what type of juice to you recommend? Thank you 🙏

Hi. Firstly I need to say I am not medically trained and can not provide you with any health advice. I would however recommend that you see your doctor to check on your swollen lymphs (if you haven't already done so 🙂). In terms of juicing, you are best to do whatever would suit your routine. If you wanted a kick start you could do a 3, 5 or 7 day cleanse and then continue with one or two juices per day. Or you could simply replace your breakfast with a juice to get a good variety of fruits and veg in each day. Maybe check out the ONE app for some recipes to get you started Amy@JuicyHQ.
