Is the NEW 2021 BMW Alpina B7 a luxury sedan WORTH the MONEY?

I own a 2017 Alpina B7. These things are just the ultimate joy on wheels coming a close second to my motorcycles. I just feel happy sitting in it. I love pulling up to a stop light and some punk in a Subaru trying to flex and leaving him eating my dust for miles. I think I am an alpina fan for life. Hopefully I can always own one.

Oh and to add on, it's a great daily driver unlike the tiny little 2 doors that have no practical function. Only gripe is the back row middle seat is useless. Not comfortable at all. Not that I've sat in it but anyone who has hated it. It's really a 4 seater.

Man... This Alpina is *HUGE* I love the design of this Alpina B7.. Massive... 😲 That 21-spoke wheel is iconic. put it on any BMW models, it just looks perfect. Over 200mph top speed? That's crazy considering the size and weight of this full size luxury sedan here. Amazing.

I have a 2015 B6. Love the car but with the warranty out and not wanting to drop 6-7 grand for an extended one, I'll be parking it until it sells. Comfort, luxury and speed are all there in these Alpinas as they should be for the price.

Until this model, I haven't appreciated the Series 7 front end designed. This is by far the best looking BMW Series 7. Absolutely beautiful. I wonder if they put the S or the N motor in it. I would expect the S in an Alpina.

In Germany you can spec this car with the "Lavalina leather pack" and the price for that option is €18 000. I just configured a B7 with the most expensive paint, the most expensive "Lavalina leather pack" and all available options. Price fully specced is €221 609 which is about $262 800.

BMW has finally worked out the kinks in the 4.4 motor(valve stem seals/alternator bracket gasket/coolant pipe under intake/intermediate levers, etc..).only took 20 yrs.......

I think what would make this model stand above the competition is if its cupholder, had a cupholder. With the press of a button a 3rd cupholder pops out from the passenger cupholder hovering above slightly on the passengers side. Who doesnt need a 3rd cupholder?
