The name actually has hebrew origin and is pronounced Bee-Lee-uhl. You can kind of think about it's pronunciation being similar to another demon Beelzebub. In Hebrew Belial means wicked or worthless and in the Jewish and Christian Bible it's used as a personification for the devil. Though when it comes to how the Bey's name it really comes down to how the developers decide to pronounce it.
