I'm really happy Nintendo stopped putting cameras on their devices. I work on the shipyard where cameras aren't allowed, but my switch lite is allowed. I also don't own a TV, so the switch lite works perfectly.

Handhelds are usually personal, so for families, this is probably great. Regular switch for common use, lite for personal. While dad plays BOTW on the tv, kid sits on the sofa playing Links awakening on lite.

Maybe they should have called it the Nintendo Stuck. You can't "switch it" in any way, not to the TV, the joy-cons don't detach so cannot be "switched" to use in different ways. Calling it a Switch makes no sense other than that continuing the brand name, but it creates confusion also. Nice little handheld console for the younger audience though.

I bought the lite in that exact same color because I could not afford the original switch. Best decision ever for me... I love it. I'm really happy with it and I have not stopped playing. Still planning on buying the switch some time in the future, but I am completely satisfied with the lite.

brennantg7 Press plus on the game you want to download data from. Go down to “save data cloud” and hit your player icon. There should be an option that says download save data and you should be good to go.

And if for some reason, the game doesn't have back up cloud save, or you don't have Nintendo Online. Go to settings, Data Management, and then Transfer Save Data. Theres two options to send and receive data. Just have your other older Switch handy at the time, as you need it to do it successfully. You set one switch to recieve and one to send and voilà. It works perfectly.

I got my Switch Lite in gray, and I enjoyed it. I mainly got the Switch Lite to play all of my favorite games in handheld on the go. I enjoy the experience on the Lite. I do recommend buying it myself. Also funny thing now in this video Wood, Borderlands did come to the Switch.

Wood, you can transfer your save files between switches. Through cloud saves. And if cloud saves are not supported by the game you can still transfer it off 1 console to the other. So if people want 2 switches it is defs worth it.

Link's Awakening has always been my favorite Zelda game. I played the original at launch way back when, and I have the GBC "DX" version in my collection. The remake is just amazing; it captures the spirit of the original so well, and the whimsical art style suits the tone of the game so perfectly. I was happy I finally got to play it recently. I got my first Switch a couple months ago, and it was a grey Lite refurb. I came to realize that I do almost all of my gaming on a laptop or handheld anymore, so the Lite was a perfect choice. The fact that I can put a console into my pocket that is capable of playing Dragon's Dogma: Dark Arisen, which is my favorite game of all time, just blows my mind.

I find it very comfortable to hold. But then I do have one of those clear rubber cases with molded grips, so that may've helped.

i bought a lite because i had no friends that gamed plus i didn’t really use it and used my ps4. when i moved states i became friends with a group of gamers and i also found your channel i bought a nintendo switch a few months ago and still have my lite. it sits on my floor in the box unused and have tried selling it lol but anyway. you have helped a lot with game recommendations and i now as playing my switch more and playing my pc games too. love you so much wood thanks for helping me and being a great and genuine human being ❤❤

I just bought the lite one cause we're all on lockdown and I love it and I love this review. A lot of people crapped on the lite as if no one would want to buy it. I personally am a traveler/seasonal worker currently at my mom's place riding out quarantine. I don't have my own tv or home so it didn't make sense to fork over $100 extra dollars for features I couldn't use. No regrets. This channel has been my go for game reviews.

I'm so in love with the Switch Lite design. I'm doing my best to wait, even though I don't have a Switch, to see if they release an Animal Crossing themed one. Honestly, that's another game that seems so perfect for the Lite.
