This comes out of his pocket and yes it is probably his youtube income and revenue from ad deals he got but diminishing what he did so cynically is unfair imo. There was absolutely no need to do what he did but he did anyway. And as someone who has to deal with social anxiety at least for me personally i can say that it's not a propped up fake issue but actually people exactly like you who feel like they have all the facts and can judge other people. It's always the people who try to do good that get people like you after them. At least for myself I care so much about what people think of me it makes me dread going outside. Because of dejected opinions people have such as yours. Do better before you flame people you don't even know :/

Wood idk if you'll see this but I just wanted you to know that I appreciate all you did here. I actually went to the too many games event to specifically see you. Unfortunately my anxiety has been so awful over the past few years that I was only able to work up the courage and go to Kim's booth. I ended up missing your panel completely and it's still eating me up inside. My wife and I were able to at least get some cool stuff from the booth and we were able to give our dog toy gift for Darla 😅 . I hope you had a wonderful time there! I was able to see the final part of you giving games away after trying to make my way to the back portion of the venue multiple times and was so blown away you were doing something like this. Ive been going to the same gamestop in my state as far back as for the midnight launch for Halo 2 in 2004, I even live more than an hour away these days and I still make the commute down to buy my physical games there. This was an absolute service to the world of physical media you did, it brings entertainment to that world and we need more of that. I think most people are sick of digital ownership these days anyway but we still need people like you doing thinga like this to bring talk back to local stores.
