As much as I appreciate your thorough review here, it's added to helping me realize I'm not a buffet guy anymore. Lots of interesting options there, but I feel that having one excellent main, a few sides, a few sprcialty cocktails, and a decadent dessert is my preference. Would love recommendations for fine dining at Palms if you have any? 🥂

I'm a local and finding good buffets has been a real challenge, but the wife and I tried out A.Y.C.E. at the Palms and were pleasantly surprised. It was great! We loved the decor as it wasn't bright and harsh, as we have found in other buffets. Definitely worth the price. The servers were super attentive. I guess you could say we have found our new go-to buffet. Now, as a recommendation. Have you tried Blueberry Hill Restaurant? There are 3 in Las Vegas and we love the place. Best breakfast in town.

Went on a Wednesday seafood night. Opens at 4:00pm till 9:00pm. Got there at 4:17pm today (5/11/22) and the line was already like a black Friday at best buy back in the early 2000s. Expect to wait 2-3 hrs just to consume food. If you are desperate to wait that long because it's only $65 for cheaply prepared lobsters then this is a good opportunity.

Excellent review! Thank you, thank you for pointing out the vegan options. I wish more vloggers would take a few seconds to do so, even if just in passing and pointing at the section. This is the ONLY review so far of the AYCE Buffet that will have us driving away from the Wynn to try it out. And we pay up and stay at the Wynn because there's a vegan menu in every restaurant. It's really hard to get up in the morning and have no options other than a dry bagel and a soy latte at Starbucks. Keep up the good work. Much appreciated!

12:17 I'm a classically trained professional Chef who went to 4 years of Culinary school at one of the best cooking Universities in the country and I've never heard of "black" butter. Brown butter, yes. That's a real ingredient and can be delicious. But cooking butter beyond that stage to where it's black is just burnt and that's not anything desirable as a component of any dish that you should be doing intentionally. If you go past the brown butter point to actually burning it, then you've made a mistake. Wonderful review video of the buffet at the Palms though, regardless of that one particular aspect that I question.

Went there 2 weeks ago, I everything was wonderful no complaints. I loved the Brisket and prime rib. They do however state on your receipt that there is 90 min time limit on dining. I'm not sure how strongly they enforce it though. In any case if your still eating after 90 minutes your are something special

I went to Las Vegas last month and I tried to lobster buffet and it was awesome. The lobster tail was previously frozen and the whole lobster was not frozen and it tastes the best. They got a tons is more than enough for everybody. I have four tails and two whole lobster definitely got my money worth. I love the chicken wing the prime rib and the dessert.

Thanks for putting up this video it was most appreciated, the reason why this buffet is good is because the hotel is operated by a native American tribe and they always do good with serving up good food. I used to visit a lot of Indian casinos in California and was never disappointed with their hotels, food, and service at those establishments to bad I can't say the same about Las Vegas, anyway you should visit the Indian casinos and hotels in California you will not be disappointed by crisscrossing the state and checking those places out and aside from that it would do wonders for your subscriber base and expanding the channel.

I'm a Vegas local and I have NEVER had great sushi at a buffet. Like you said... not bad, but nothing special. Even the nicest, most expensive buffets in town... the sushi is always the same. Always better off at an off-strip ayce sushi restaurant.
