Wouldn't say it's OP myself. It's not effective in demo due to its lack of weight, in races it's pretty good but smaller cars can shaft you easily as they scoop underneath it, leaving you raised off the ground and primed for a good old fashioned ramming. Bugzilla suffers a similar fate except that cars can stuff it by getting stuck between the front and rear wheels.
