Ate at the Garden Court Buffet last Sunday. It was my fourth visit over the years, and it is still an average buffet in my opinion, and a bit overpriced for what it is. It is convenient location compared to the strip though. They do not have real hashbrowns and serve you frozen potato squares, potatoes are not expensive, makes me feel they are lazy with the frozen foods they put out. It is now $26 a person, was fair when it was $16, and they no longer offer free champagne with brunch.

Ate AYCE buffet 2 nights a go for prime rib and snow crab night. Consistency seems to be an issue, porchetta was undercooked, pork shoulder was overdone and had a thick leather bark on it. Food did not have a lot of flavor and was over all bland. $43 for average to below average buffet is just not worth it imo. Crab legs was definitely the high light but not enough to bring me back. Rather try the Wynn brunch for what AYCE charges. Ate at the Rampart casino buffet in Summerlin during the week and was far superior to AYCE imo, and $10 cheaper. Nice job on the video by the way!!

Every video I've seen has people complimenting the brisket, and it makes me feel like no one has actually ever eaten good brisket. The brisket at AYCE was terrible when I went. Fatty brisket is good, but this was all fat. Like 90%. And that was every piece they sliced. That is not acceptable. And the flavor is all smoke. Invasive smoke. You want your brisket to have a nice amount of smoke, but that is not all you want to taste. It's like they just poured 20 pounds of wood in for one brisket. Not only that, they clearly smoked the mushrooms they had over there too, and also the octopus in the octopus salad for some reason and it made them inedible. The gnocchi when I went were cooked properly, but the sauce was just flavorless (all the Italian section was like that), seemed like just flour and water mixed up and thrown on. They had a few good things, but if I ever go back it will probably only ever be for lobster night. The vegan stuff was sadly the best they had to offer, the salmon and branzini were nice, but nothing else was really worth it there. AYCE came in near the bottom of the buffet list for me.

I haven't been to a buffet in Vegas since 2015. I think I went to The Wicked Spoon, I liked it but I'm not a fan of buffets. I might check out this one at the Palms when I'm in town next month.

Had the breakfast/brunch buffet at AYCE a couple of weeks ago; food was excellent. I think you’d enjoy the offerings at Main Street Station; the Hawaiian offerings are excellent.

Buffets are kinda a “miss” for me overall unless it’s a breakfast buffet which you really can’t go wrong with. Usually with most dinner buffets, the food isn’t stellar and I’m not one for chicken wings, ribs, etc.

You should do a review of the Ichiban AYCE Sushi (not a buffet) across the street from El Cortez in downtown Las Vegas. I loved the food there.
