This manual roof is a pain in the a$$. If I could do it over again I would order the GTS with its powered roof. I keep my top down and only drive it in good weather.

So, for someone who likes to track frequently the GT4 would be ideal, even better with the PDK For daily use, would the GTS 4.0 be a better choice?

I own a 718 Spyder, and I've owned 3 other Boxsters in the past. For daily use, the GTS suspension is less high strung, so it might be a better choice. But IMHO, the GT suspension is so special that it's worth considering another car for daily use, and the Spyder / GT4 for the weekends. The Spyder just feels exponentially more exotic and special compared to other Boxsters, like a mini-exotic.

You can’t even open the rear boot of the spyder if the roof is up. It makes it unpractical for daily use

Feel pdk really missing the point spyder is a true sports car not a daily Manuel gearbox essential pdk more suited to lazy driving spyder is a car you take out to drive

Does it mean a Ferrari isn’t a true sport car? They are made with dual clutch only….
