I appreciate the hustle bro! But all honesty El Paso house prices are insane. This is max and I mean max 350k and that is pushing it. Beautiful home just way overpriced

I think you could get 400k-500k for it I thought the same when I heard 3 bedrooms less than 350k, but the patio, parking, grill, that high privacy rock fence it's roomy it's sleek I would definitely spend a little extra on something like this. If I could. Depending on where its located. Definitely overpriced at 600k

500k for fake grass no trees, stucco and it's in el paso.....for 250k you could buy land in el paso, build and identical home with real grass and trees and be on more acreage

@@cisium1184 Honestly, NYC kinda blows now. I stay in my house most of the time bc the bridge and tunnels are a joke. The good restaurants are all closed bc and most stores are closed. The streets smell like piss everywhere as well.

It's like comparing apples and oranges. If California were a country, it would have the 5th largest economy in the world. What is the main attraction of El Paso? The minimum wage is still 7.25 in El Paso, and let's not talk about property tax

Modern fireplaces are insulated. I have had a TV mounted over the fireplace for 10 years, and it still works well. Some older fireplaces may make installing a TV over it a bad idea, but not all fireplaces.
