Hey Will, I've been watching you since you started this RV Transport gig not too long ago, as a fellow transporter I would like to offer a few words of advice. When I am picking a load I always do my research, any trailer that has a completely flat front end is a no go, the larger ones are often referred to as a park model, you will make nothing due to fuel. Secondly, with that sleeping arrangement you are setting yourself up for failure. You are doing this to make money and put food on the table, so you need to invest in your comfort. Motels and Hotels are a major no no, you will not make any money. If you would like, I can show you the setup I have that is relatively affordable, and I sleep great, better than I do at home most of the time. Third, you really need to be diligent about planning your trips, you did good by getting your auxiliary tank, despite me not thinking it's an adequate size, granted I have a long box which helps, and a 118 gal auxiliary with 32 onboard. Apps like Windy are your best friend, I would suggest going the distance, I go out to Washington or Oregon every week, and it's worth the extra funds, and fuel economy is usually very good on the way back due to 80mph speed limits through Montana and the Dakota's. I have set places where I fuel, I am unsure what app you use for fuel, or the discount you receive as I am with a different company, but I will tell you that in certain places I am paying $3 a gal, that is where you make money. It is better to sit and wait a few days, even a week, if it means avoiding winds, the difference of 7mpg to 10mpg equates to thousands of dollars over a fiscal year. I truly don't mean to come off as rude or anything like that, I just want to see people set themselves up for success. There is a reason these transport companies have orientation classes every week that are full, it is a revolving door of people that don't set themselves up for success and instead believe they will become millionaires.

Lol Thanks for watching the video and your comments will help all the people out there watching this video and of course me too. This whole thing has been a learning experience.

Gotta get yourself a memory foam mattress! And, the more you sleep in your truck, the easier it gets. I don't even get a room when I'm deadheading back.

Love your channel, I don’t see people using big rigs tractor trucks to deliver towable campers. Is there a reason for that? you can put a trailer hitch on them, you can live in it sleep in it cook in it why would nobody use them?

I actually got 7 miles per gallon all the way till North Dakota and then hit bad wind all the way till Billings Montana where my delivery was and my fuel mileage dropped to 4.4 miles per gallon. I did not even think that was possible. Absolutely the worst fuel mileage I’ve ever got in my whole life so that trip was a learning lesson

Or a 45' Salem Grand Villa.... wind was blowing me around pretty good the other day. Couldn't go past 50 mph without changing lanes
