Good morning. I have an Elna Press from way back. My youngest is 48 and I used it for ironing in those days. Now I use it to press washed garment fabric, quilting fabric and applique. Still works. Had to recover it a few times in its life. Not hard to pull down. Enjoy.

I have that HEAT PRESS. What I love about it, is the ease of the press . No more stressing my shoulders. Wish the instruction booklet was user friendly though.

HI Becky! Finally able to catch the entire show. An FYI: the first block of the SNowman quilt you showed had a corner sewn wrong. Green big square turned the wrong way!

Hi! Becky I just watched the replay you are are going to just love getting a heat press I have a Stahls Hotronix Fusion IQ I just love it.. I sometimes work with vinyl to print on T-Shirts or hoodies using my Cricut. I also have a SNC from watching and handging out with you for the last 5 years. Also, Becky you said that the t-shirt designs will not melt. You may want to get a teflon to cover the writting so that the heat will not damage the lettering on the t-shirts. Also, you may need to losen up the screw so that the pull on your press will beable to pull down easier. Hope this help and I hope you deal with the heat press work out.

I have made collage T-shirt quilts and used alternative parts of the shirt to fill in where different sized blocks were cut because the print on the shirts were different sizeed

Thank you for the talking SDX 85. I want the 325 but probably don’t need it. 24” is a MUST and I’d Ike the larger screen.

Then you need at least a scan and cut SDX 225 or higher in order to be able to scan a 24 inch mat.

I always make sure to wash my T-shirts and don’t use fabric softener or dryer sheets you can use vinegar in the rinse cycle.
