I’m thinking of putting a waterproof 240 plug on it and putting it in the garage over the winter. Any of your customers do that? Just curious. Would leave the housing etc outside. Just the motor. Anyways I meet this guy in Glen head he contacted me to fix his pool pump. His property is worth over 3 million, I checked. Anyways he might spot me personal financing around 100k to bail me out of my tax debt. In return I'm willing to pay back $160k in 2 years. Obviously if he is cool with it paper work will secure a lien on my property for his loan. He is coming Thursday. Hopefully he can help me out. I dont think he would come if he was not interested in making a good return on a loan to me. I'll sell the house in 2 years and or pay him back with other sourced funding through my risk assets I'm sure would have exploded in price during that period.
