I agree! Don’t even have a wrap on mine yet, head doesn’t bug me much unless I’m stopped at a light with both feet down. I don’t feel as if it’s a issue. Keep up the content! Much love from neighbor in michigan!

Im a short arse, only time i really feel the heat is when i an stuck in heavy city traffic. On the open road its no problem at all, mine is not wrapped either. A tune is a good idea but it is not the cause of the backfire on this machine, nor is it a problem for the motor. Its just a fucking high compression beast letting out excess fuel, mine shoots out flames when I am giving it stick and high engine breaking, thats where most of the backfire is. If it was backfiring whilst accelerating there may be a problem, mine does not do that.

Did you wrap under the heat shield and then on top of the heat shield? How much of the 2" x 50' Titanium Exhaust Wrap did you need ? Also did you do a 50% overlap?

I wrapped the section under the heat shield first without overlapping that section. Then I installed the heat shield and wrapped the entire exhaust with about a 50% overlap. At least that’s what i think I did. Also I think I purchased 25’ length wrap. I pretty much used all of it. I hope this helps

I don't think you need to tune it up. It has fuel injection.it's gonna tune up itself. Just change your air filter and get high flow air filter.

Why would backfiring ruin the engine? Isn't that just running rich?

I once wrapped a Ducati exhaust and just under 100 miles the wrap turned to ashes, why was that ?

I still have stock exhaust on my Sporty S. Agree that nobody likes the sound of it stock. To me it sounds like a sewing machine. Someday I will get an aftermarket exhaust. After hearing yours, it may be sooner than later! I do have a question. What front turn signals do you have?

Hey men i have the tbr exaust on mine aswell and the sound is even better in person. Like 50% better
