You can't hide the straps but it has a luggage by pass which the Tokyo doesn't have. Also doesn't have front pocket and leather accents, instead what you get is a more clean and minimalist look.

The Bellroy Via Workpack is designed with a water bottle pocket that accommodates bottles up to 2.9 inches (7.4 cm) in diameter. A standard 32 oz Nalgene bottle has a diameter of about 3.5 inches (8.9 cm), which may be a bit tight, but it can still fit with some adjustment. The 16 oz Nalgene bottle, with a diameter of approximately 2.75 inches (7 cm), should fit more comfortably. If you're specifically looking to use the 32 oz bottle, you might want to test it out to ensure it fits to your satisfaction:)
